I want to celebrate π“ŠˆAnastasiyaπ“Š‰, π“ŠˆAndrewπ“Š‰, π“ŠˆCaidanπ“Š‰, π“ŠˆChenyuπ“Š‰, π“ŠˆElijahπ“Š‰, and π“ŠˆHannahπ“Š‰ for their great performance in H2-Q3-2025. We are projected to earn π“Š†42.86%+π“Š‡ more than we did in 2024, with reserves that extend our financial runway through π“ŠˆH1-Q2-2026π“Š‰. I also want to thank our partners at π“ŠˆManaπ“Š‰, π“ŠˆMicrosoftπ“Š‰, π“ŠˆDiscordπ“Š‰, π“ŠˆIsaraπ“Š‰, π“ŠˆSouth Park Commonsπ“Š‰, π“ŠˆBlueskyπ“Š‰, and the early-stage startups and funds we work with for giving us meaningful critical projects.

We want to make the best websites in the world, and we are grateful everything is still on track.

As we move into π“ŠˆH2-Q4-2025π“Š‰, I want INTDEV and observers to understand the logic behind my forecasts and upcoming price changes. By now we all know that major firms are investing billions in AI systems that may automate parts of our work in the coming years. Yet INTDEV still has a position because complex software and web front-ends remain difficult to design, build, and maintain. That puts us in a unique place where INTDEV is hirable even when other teams are being laid off.

To stay in the game before our 2026 strategy matures, we must price our retainer agreements correctly. We benchmark our pricing against senior-level contributor wages and track key macro indicators. This keeps our thinking informed and grounded in reality. Once we establish a reasonable price range, we intentionally position our price below it so our partners are getting clear value.

Pricing Framework

RATIONALE

↳Obviously, no single metric can define pricing for INTDEV's retainer. We also rely on past prices for comparable deliveries of software and enterprise client feedback. However these six indicators form the most comprehensive framework for pricing web development and design services in the economic landscape heading into 2026 that we can think of.

π“ŠˆM2 Money Supplyπ“Š‰ captures the liquidity conditions that influence all prices, while the π“ŠˆS&P 500π“Š‰ reflects corporate profit growth and the value of digital assets that websites support. π“ŠˆU.S. National Debtπ“Š‰ signals long-term inflationary pressure that erodes purchasing power, making it essential for sustainable pricing. π“ŠˆInformation Sector Earningsπ“Š‰ provide the clearest benchmark for labor costs, as wages for senior engineers and designers define the floor for skilled technical work. π“ŠˆEthereumπ“Š‰β€™s price serves as a proxy for blockchain activity, venture capital flow, and confidence in digital innovation, all of which correlate with demand for advanced web products. π“ŠˆU.S. R&D Investmentπ“Š‰ measures private-sector commitment to technology, revealing how much capital is moving into the same ecosystem where INTDEV operates.

Together, these indicators capture monetary policy, company health, startup health, fiscal risk, labor markets, digital asset/crypto sentiment, and innovation spending. INTDEV will use this to determine the fair market price for our retainer and services.

M2 MONEY SUPPLY

↳Represents the total liquid cash in an economy, checking deposits, and assets easily converted to cash. When M2 expands, more money chases the same output, driving prices higher and eroding the real value of each dollar. Web development and design are not exempt. As liquidity increases, so do all costs.

STANDARD & POOR'S 500

↳The S&P 500 is a benchmark index that tracks the performance of 500 of the largest publicly traded companies in the United States, representing a broad measure of the economy’s overall health and growth. If corporate profits, productivity, and asset values are increasing across sectors, the cost of building INTDEV quality websites should reflect that shift.

US NATIONAL DEBT

↳The U.S. national debt represents the total amount the federal government owes to creditors, accumulated through years of spending that exceeds tax revenue. This leads to higher interest costs and long-term inflationary pressures that reduce the purchasing power of money. INTDEV will not survive if we do not adjust price to the growing debt.

INFORMATION SECTOR EARNINGS

↳Information sector wage increases refer to the rise in compensation for workers in industries that produce and manage digital content, software, and data-driven services. Ignoring AI, if the labor to produce websites cost more, than websites should hypothetically cost more.

ETHEREUM PRICE

↳When Ethereum’s price is high, it signals increased demand for blockchain-based activity and greater liquidity flowing through the economy. This liquidity expands access to capital, fuels innovation, and raises the value of digital work. In that same environment, the cost of building websites should increase.

US RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT INVESTMENT

↳Private research and development investment shows capital moving directly into innovation and technology growth. Rising R&D spending signals strong confidence in digital advancement and greater demand for technical skill. INTDEV's brand of web development should cost more in this environment because it is part of the same innovation cycle.

In 2023, during widespread layoffs and capital tightening, a π“Šˆ$600,000 USDπ“Š‰ price for an entire year of retaining our whole production team made sense because of low revenues for companies. And we even tried to be accomodating to struggling teams by reducing prices further if they needed less staffing. The market was in a deflationary cycle where talent supply exceeded demand, allowing companies to buy top-tier work at discounted rates.

By 2025, markets are slightly stronger post layoffs, wages have risen, and liquidity has returned. The real one-year cost of an entire senior team like INTDEV is now closer to π“Šˆ$1,200,000 USDπ“Š‰, driven by higher compensation and tighter labor supply. Therefore we are chosing to set a new annual rate in 2026 to something in-between to reflect a balanced view.

INTDEV has also decided to raise API and office tenant prices, since our monthly expenses have increased, including the addition of symmetrical 5-gigabit internet, which will be provided to office tenants before the end of the year.

2026 STRATEGY

↳Our playbook for 2026 to survive as a company into 2027.

What is not captured by our research is that there are still layoffs of engineers and designers from companies that have not committed to working on Compound AI Systems (Agents) or on technologies that leverage LLMs to move faster at work.

To add to that brutal situation, we are the target for most AI companies and startups to replace. In other words, they want to outperform us and outbuild us, because that means they can charge the same amount (or obviously less) for their LLM tool, which would put us out of work. We understand this is the natural progression of things, and every success we have sets another bar for those people to reach as well.

I believe that we have one more year of excellent team retainers before notable aspects of engineering, design, and product management begin to get replaced by solo LLM agents. I firmly believe that for the next 2–5 years we will still be better than a solo LLM agent. But the market may perceive a different reality, and we will have to face that reality and play the new game on the field, whatever it is.

To survive, Internet Development Studio Company must produce our own high-performance web applications, internal tools, brands, report generating tools, presentations generating tools, static website frameworks, LLM interfaces, productivity applications, documentation tools, technical writing tools, and general web development services that support over 10,000 paying customers at $8.99 a month by the end of 2026. Creating this additional revenue will put us in the territory of β€œdefault alive,” where the team retainers only assist the balance sheet and give us more freedom to hire and grow INTDEV.

So my team needs to polish and deliver these services to production quality, as they are currently only used for white-labeling at the moment.

These products need to reach their first versions where they solve meaningful problems for a few power users. We have an advantage when it comes to finding product-market fit because we can tailor these tools to any champions who need them. So far, we have been able to find clients who have enjoyed the customization of our white-label tools, and we’re looking forward to more. But this set of products must not drag out.

Other Opportunities

NAMEDESCRIPTION
GamesWe have the infrastructure of users and in-game currency, so it wouldn't be difficult to start approaching building our own single player and multiplayer experiences.
Other product ideasThere are tons of products on the internet that people can pay for that do one specific task extremely well. As we work with clients we can continue to explore what would be a good self-serve option to build.
GarmentsINTDEV has a ton of graphic designers who can use a service to produce t-shirts and hoodies. We can create waitlists and other tools to help with presales and then fulfill pickups at the office.
Infrastructure as a serviceMake it so our infrastructure is more self-service for people who want to build their own applications on top of our stack. We did this with Beautiful Things XYZ which was the number one Apple Vision Pro application last year.
Office eventsOur office events are extremely popular and we can keep having game launches, builder panels, and art gallery events to support the local community.

These are already known by most of the team since we talk about them in person almost daily. Because I know the team is really passionate about succeeding here, I think we just need to operate with these daily habits to get there
